Another ER visit

Not for me. For my adult child who was really in trouble with a full blown anxiety attack. I couldn't get him settled down so I took him to an ER since he only has a state insurance.... that debacle is another post.

He was there nearly 12 hours. I was there for 8 and then his dad came and relieved me. They gave him some meds shortly after he got there and that took the edge off. By the time he was finally seen he had settled down.

I get panic attacks. Full blown nasty ones with racing heart, nausea, migraines and thinking I'm going to die. I've had so much stress that I'm amazed my heart is in as good condition as it is (just had an echo and it's doing ok).
