Outside my window85 (feels like 91),humid and a slight breeze

I am thinking this country needs to be rid of the vicious racist in the White House

I am thankful for    the trust will be done soon.

From the learning rooms …  I’m enjoying relearning

I can't believe . . .  This country allows such rhetoric from it’s leader

From the kitchen . . . Breakfast croissant, vanilla coke and hash browns

I am wearing   short pajama set

I am creating…  not much today

I am going . . . to have a quiet day because of my migraine

I am reading . . . Labyrinth

I am hoping that our trip in November will be wonderful

I am hearing Air Warriors on Smithsonian

Around the house 1 dogs, 1 cat, , son

One of my favorite things… good vanilla ice cream

My favorite ginger...

A few plans for the rest of the week
1.  Go to the gym
2.  Go to the bank
3.  Pray for rain

Bitch about weather

I hate heat.
I could never live in Las Vegas or any desert city because I know I would end up in an orange jumpsuit.
It's 87 and feels like 97 and we've got 59% humidity.
No a/c just fans and keeping the doors and blinds shut.
Peace.
Out.

Movies, BBQ, and the ocean......

Went to see a movie yesterday, can't remember the last time I was in a theater. This one had reclining seats and food service. Wow.
Saw The Spy Who Dumped Me. Very funny. And the fact that Sam Heughan of Outlander was in it was nice as well. Hope he doesn't get a big head from all the press he's done.

When we got home we heard live mariachi music from next door. It was the lady's birthday and boy were they celebrating. We decided that we would go out and have BBQ. Real southern BBQ, and we found it in a small strip mall in Redondo Beach. Willingham's is well known in the south, but not so much here. They had awesome pulled pork and their greens were the best I've had in ages.

After we ate, we drove the 6 blocks to the Esplanade and parked and looked at the ocean. It was lovely.

I know I bitch about living in SoCal, but it's evenings like this that make me glad I can come down here and breathe the ocean air and watch the sun set.

Have decided that we'll go to the midwest for Thanksgiving. Mom's not here so we don't have anything holding us anymore. As soon as the trust is divided we'll get our reservations and our car set up. First to Chicago to pick up the child and then up to MSN for the holiday, a day with relatives, and then up to CWA to spread some ashes. Then back downstate and back to ORD to fly home. Boy child can't go with as he's spent his vacation this past week in Austin, TX.

Found some CBD cream that I really like, it's from Nightingale Remedies. Helps with the itchiness on my left hand as well as the pain from my arthritis.

Peace and out!
