The never ending saga of the side yard

When we moved here we were told that the side yard would be completely cleaned out and we would be able to use the entire yard (since we pay rent for the entire property). 13 months later we are still waiting for the debris to be cleaned out, the boat and scaffolding removed and to be able to walk back there without fear of falling.

 Boat moved 30 feet from front of side yard to the back

 Construction Debris, wood, tile, glass

 Debris moved from one side of the yard to the other

 Granite pieces, lead shot, more debris

 Looking from the front entrance back to the back yard, boat was on right side, 

now it's just pushed back.
