Give up a meal if you can health wise. Donate the amount you think it would have cost to a charity or to whomever you think needs it.

Give that little bit extra. Our church collects food for Lutheran Social Services food pantry. I've been a bit lax but I'm going to take a can or two from the cupboard as well as some boxes of Hamburger Helper and Mac and Cheese. Might be the difference between a hot meal or cold cereal to someone.
